Construction Management Phase II:

Complete Project Resource continues to work in your best interest throughout the Construction Phase of your Project, whether we've been involved from the very beginning or we join your team at any point in the construction. Our goal in either case is to keep the project streamlined and moving along efficiently to keep budgets and schedules on track.

Working on your behalf, we will oversee the execution of contracts and sub-contracts, manage and drive the construction process, strictly enforce your budget and schedule, document all decisions, ensure accountability, hold weekly meetings, provide timely and cost effective solutions to inevitable problems, review invoicing, regularly inspect work, conduct a final punch list, and drive the close-out process in coordination with the architect, contractor, engineers and you.
