Whether yours is a new construction or a project-in-progress, we can come on board at any time to ensure better efficiency, correct pricing and permitting, and top-notch craftspeople. Working on your behalf, we will coordinate and conduct contractor interviews, establish a plan based budget range, review and evaluate all bid documents, establish a realistic schedule, deliver a list of required submittals and permits, check market rates and provide any additional support services that may be necessary regarding the contracting and bidding process up until actual construction.
