Having purchased, designed, developed and sold numerous multi-million dollar properties, Louie Loucks has been involved in high-end resort residential construction his entire professional life. Louie brings a systematic and practical approach to the development process, and an insistence on top quality. It is this unique background coupled with various industry relationships that makes Louie an integral asset to Complete Project Resource.

Louie also co-founded Ecotopia Home Development, a residential development company devoted to bringing innovative, efficient and environmentally friendly technologies to large secondary spec homes.

Louie has a BA in Political Science with a concentration on International Relations from Yale University, and both an MBA and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business.
