Mr. Cartwright is the Co-Founder, Vice President, Secretary & Treasurer of CPR. Over the course of his professional career, Mr. Cartwright has been involved in the creation of dozens of residential and commercial projects. His portfolio of projects in which he has been involved has produced millions in industry value.
Mr. Cartwright has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, in every aspect of construction. His career experiences as laborer, foreman, superintendent, estimator, project manager, developer, and owner offers clients a comprehensive point of view. As the former owner of a concrete company, Mr. Cartwright has extensive experience in the fundamental aspects of Division 3 (Concrete) – ensuring all client projects have strong foundations while providing the ultimate platform upon which to develop the highest quality projects. Mr. Cartwright is well-respected throughout the industry and his experience brings enhanced credibility to all the Company’s project teams and client owners. Understanding that being responsible and accountable is critical to any project’s success, Mr. Cartwright has been instrumental to the development of the Company’s management approach on projects, helping to grow the Company’s strong reputation since inception. Mr. Cartwright’s dedication to the Company’s corporate mission is responsible for much of CPR’s success.
Mr. Cartwright is an active volunteer for the Central Valley Fire District where he is currently at Captain Rank and EMT certified, with thorough training in building codes and pre-plans. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Business and Engineering minor. Mr. Cartwright is working towards a LEED Certification.
